What is considered an aesthetic ear size?

What size is considered aesthetic is relative. But in most people, the height of the nose is equivalent to the height of the ears.

The measurements considered standard are those on the side, but it depends on some variations in the face, such as: height and width of the face.

How is the tecnique HPMS (High-Performance Macrotia Surgery)

The HPMS technique has revolutionized the reduction of ear size. As well as reducing the vertical axis by an average of 2cm, the technique can be combined with other complementary ear procedures, such as otoplasty, lobuloplasty and corrections of small congenital defects, with reduced scarring.

The most commonly used comma technique leaves elongated scars, has a risk of necrosis of the edge of the ears and a reduction limit of around 1cm, and does not allow complementary surgery. It has already been abandoned by many surgeons and the satisfaction rate is very low.
